Prior to joining The Agency, Brian was the CEO of the top medium size real estate team in Florida, where he built and led a team of 10 agents to sell close to a billion dollars in real estate in two and a half years. He specialized in creating top-tier agents that valued collaboration and white glove service, resulting in a record-breaking team.

Before becoming CEO of the top medium size team in Florida, Brian specialized in a new development in Palm Beach County. He was a top-producing agent in South Florida for four years and was VP of Communications for a local brokerage that grew from 35 agents to over 120 agents during his four-year term. Brian's extensive experience in the real estate industry has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the market and an ability to provide unparalleled service to his clients.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Brian loves spending time with his wife, Jessica, and their black lab, Bentley. In his free time, Brian enjoys competitive golf and pick-up hockey. He is a current member of both the USGA and FSGA and loves nothing more than hitting the links on a beautiful day. Brian is also a lifelong Florida State Seminoles and Florida Panthers fan!
