For nearly four decades, Aileen has represented buyers and sellers throughout Los Angeles, building a career grounded in discretion, experience and longstanding relationships. Since entering the business in 1987, she has worked with a distinguished clientele, including many in the entertainment industry, where privacy and confidentiality are paramount. Her work with sellers is equally relationship-driven, with a collaborative approach shaped by an understanding of both the opportunities and complexities of changing markets.
A Los Angeles native, Aileen brings an intimate knowledge of the city and its neighborhoods, informed by a lifetime of watching the city evolve. She understands not only the real estate landscape, but also the history and character that distinguish its communities, from Beverly Hills and Bel Air to the Hollywood Hills, Cheviot Hills, Hancock Park, Los Feliz, Santa Monica, Sherman Oaks, Malibu and beyond. She specializes in the client, not just the area. Real estate is part of her family history as well. Her cousin served as President of the Beverly Hills Board of REALTORS®, giving her a personal connection to the profession that has continued across generations.
Aileen began her career with Alvarez,Hyland & Young, the first "boutique" real estate firm. She was told she would never make it in the business because she was too nice. She proved everyone wrong. Her love of architecture made it an easy transition to Mossler, Deasy & Doe. After years with Westside Estate Agency, she made one last and very right move to become one of the founding members of The Agency.
Together with her business partner of more than two decades, Paul Lester, Aileen has consistently ranked among the city's top-producing agents. Her client relationships span decades, with many returning to her for subsequent transactions and referring her to those within their own circles. If you are looking for attention to detail, availability and patience, you need look no further. It is her goal to make looking for a home or selling one a fun and exciting process.
