Ryan grew up immersed in the world of Birmingham real estate; his father bought Hall & Hunter Realtors in 1982 when he was five years old. Ryan and his brother immediately started helping around the office and diving into the world of real estate. He saw the passion his dad held for his work and his clients and was inspired to be part of the magic. Once he got his driver's license, he became the Hall & Hunter Sign installer, his after-school contribution to the family business. He went on to attend Indiana University, after which his first job was in the real estate title insurance industry, followed by a position in mortgage banking for 12 years. He finally gave in to his ultimate passion and delved into real estate. The rest is history. Ryan's free time is focused on his family, with hobbies such as skiing and golfing incorporated as much as possible. He gets ahead of the day with a five AM walk every morning-a ritual that clears his mind and energizes him for the day. Giving back to the community is an essential pillar of his business and includes serving on the board of directors for the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce and working with Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County to fundraise and provide housing for those in need.
