Ryan Bashour, former owner of a real estate brokerage in West Virginia, has transitioned into a new role as Managing Partner of The Agency Morgantown. With a strong business background paired with deep real estate expertise, Ryan brings strategic leadership and entrepreneurial vision to his team. Ryan's professional foundation is rooted in the oil and gas industry, where he founded an equity fund focused on acquiring royalty interests throughout West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
An entrepreneur at heart, he successfully leveraged his experience in oil and gas to build a real estate brokerage from the ground up, rapidly surpassing $100 million in sales volume. In addition to his leadership role, Ryan is an active investor in real estate and early-stage ventures. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and co-hosts the podcast Chasin' Birdies alongside a lifelong friend. When not on the course, Ryan enjoys outdoor adventures of all kinds. He resides in Cheat Lake with his partner, Ashley, two kids, three dogs, and one ragdoll cat.
