Teresa first became interested in real estate while living abroad, having spent 12 years as a business owner and English teacher in South Bohemia Czech Republic. While there, she grew fascinated by the architecture around her and began studying the market for fun. Upon returning to the United States, Teresa decided to transform her hobby into a career with a focus on historic and architecturally significant properties. Raised in Los Angeles, Teresa is fluent in Spanish and holds a BA in Philosophy from Cal State Los Angeles. When she's not representing clients in real estate, she enjoys reading, writing in the early morning hours (she has self-published seven fiction books to date), the arts, hiking, travel and spending time with family and friends.
